Clinical Director

Erin was born and raised in Mooresville, North Carolina where she still lives today with her husband Josh, and two spoiled dogs, Annabelle and Abbie. Her original career path was a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry; however, life experiences led her to the mental health field where she graduated with a Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialty in addiction from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015. Being a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, she was the lead therapist on a crisis dual diagnosis unit at a local hospital for 4 years before taking a Clinical Director position for a homeless non-profit and SACOT program at a Charlotte agency. In her role, Erin is responsible for overseeing all clinical operations and clinical staff, creating evidence based programming and implementing the same. Outside of work, she enjoys weight lifting, golfing, water sports, and anything to do with animals. Currently in school for her Doctorate of Healthcare Administration, Erin is excited to implement leadership skills that provides personal and professional growth among team members, and supports the mission of Harmony Health Group.
