Aron has 15 years of healthcare finance and back-office experience. He began his career in public accounting at Loeb & Troper, where he specialized in healthcare and not-for-profit clients. Subsequently, Aron served in a number of key operational finance roles at Centers for Care (a large-scale owner/operator of skilled nursing facilities), including AP Director, Purchasing Director, Revenue Cycle Director, and Controller. Thereafter, Aron led the development of an in-house back-office, including revenue cycle, accounting, and accounts payable, for Sunspire Health (a national provider of substance use treatment services); Aron successfully managed the company’s financial operations through rapid growth and a sale to a private equity investor. Subsequently, as Co-founder and CFO of Prosperity Behavioral Health (a leading provider of revenue cycle and back office services and consulting to mental and behavioral health facilities), Aron oversaw the company’s AR, UR, AP and accounting teams.

Jerry is a psychiatrist by training, and is a highly-regarded and well-known physician executive. He has held CEO and executive positions in a wide variety of behavioral health and specialty healthcare organizations, including United Behavioral Health, PacifiCare Behavioral Health, APS Healthcare, UCLA, All Points North and Prospect Integrated Behavioral Health. Currently, he works with private equity-backed behavioral health companies as they explore opportunities to fuel growth.

Nicholas is a valued member of our team who came on board in 2017 as Regional Director of Business Development. Today he serves as Harmony Health Group’s Vice President of Contact Center Operations. Born and raised in northwestern Connecticut, Nicholas draws upon personal experience with recovery which brings compassion and understanding to his work. His primary mission is promoting awareness about mental health disorders, including addiction, and spreading the message of hope. Nicholas exemplifies the Harmony spirit, which is rooted in genuine empathy for people who struggle with mental illnesses and the desire to help them find peace.

Michael Colasuonno
Vice President of Admissions and Growth Strategy
Michael began his career in the Substance Abuse / Mental Health field in 2010, attending a program in New York City to become educationally qualified for a CASAC-T credential. After battling addiction for many years and recovering, Michael became interested in helping those like him escape the clutches of their dependencies. Michael worked in the non-profit sector in NYC as a clinical case manager for 2 years before exploring different career paths and eventually heeding a calling to return in 2015 as an admissions coordinator. Michael came to Harmony Health Group in 2018 and he has used his background and experience in psychology and clinical services to help our patients and their families find a home and proper care within the Harmony Health Group facilities.

Amanda Stima
Human Resources
Amanda Stima joins the team with almost 8 years’ human resources experience in the healthcare spectrum – the majority being in behavioral healthcare. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management with a double concentration in psychology and education as a social science from Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
She has held various HR roles, from Coordinator, Generalist, Business Partner, Training Administrator and more recently Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention. Amanda thoroughly enjoys her work in the behavioral health field because of the wonderful, passionate employees she gets to work with and support. In her spare time, Amanda is an active member of her community, where she regularly volunteers with Bridges Outreach, a non-profit organization fighting to end homelessness and serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary for the Junior League of Summit. She also holds her real estate license in NJ, which she achieved two years ago as a passion project of her own.

Bella Ison

Bella was born in Brooklyn New York of Russian and Jewish decent and speaks fluent Russian and Hebrew. Bella is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Interventionist and Family Support Specialist. Bella started her journey in the field of Addiction several years ago. Bella has operated and owned her own Recovery Homes. It was there she started working with families and those addicted. Bella knew there was so much more she could do because of her love and drive for helping families and those in need of help. She wanted to do more and took her incredible knowledge and started working in treatment. Bella has worked in various areas of treatment over the years from Operations Manager, Business Development, Chief Operating Officer and Assistant to the CEO.

Nicole Kirson joins the team as a recognized quality and compliance professional with over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field, working with vulnerable populations and providing essential support in various areas. With a passion for helping others, Nicoles career has focused on therapeutic foster care, substance abuse and recovery services, as well as neurological and developmental disorders. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University and a deep desire to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing unique challenges. She recognizes the importance of creating a safe environment for both clients and staff and plans to demonstrate that expertise for Harmony Health Group while ensuring the highest standards of care and ethical conduct.
When Nicole is not behind a screen analyzing data, you can find her planning the next Multiple Sclerosis Society team walk event for the Delaware Valley Chapter, making memories with her family and pups (Marley and Maggie May!) or on the greens learning how to play golf!

Jill E. Thompson, MD

Dr. Thompson is board-certified in addiction medicine and neuroradiology with more than 20 years of experience in neurological disorders and addiction treatment. Dr. Thompson is highly invested in our patients’ care and works daily to provide a comprehensive plan of care for all patients including medications and therapy. Dr Thompson genuinely cares about each individual’s health and aims to help them recover from substance abuse and addiction. Because she understands the challenges our patients face, she offers a nonjudgmental atmosphere where privacy, empathy, and compassion are valued and practiced on a daily basis.

Dr. David Kramer is a board-certified, licensed psychiatrist who joined the Recovery In Tune team over 2 years ago as Medical Director. Dr. Kramer brings his deep knowledge and experience in the fields of Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry to provide all Recovery In Tune clients with direct, high-quality medical consultations including psychiatric assessments and follow-up sessions, and medication management.

Dr. David Tortorella grew up in the Boston area and is a board-certified addiction medicine provider as of 2018 as well as a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He has eight years of experience providing care to patients with polysubstance use disorders as well as outpatient pediatrics.
Dr. Tortorella earned degrees from Harvard (AB) and St Louis University (MD) and completed his pediatric residency at Northwestern University, Chicago. He loves teaching and has worked with medical students at Tufts teaching pediatric physical exam and documentation skills. He was drawn to the immediacy of addiction medicine. He sees patients’ lives improve over mere weeks or months and it’s rewarding to see their health improve and to watch them rebuild relationships with friends and family.
In his free time, he likes hiking in the white mountains and he learned to fly small planes about ten years ago.

Dr. Eric J. Williams

Dr. Eric J. Williams has been devoted to the practice of medicine and addiction services for 30 years. He has spent the entirety of his professional career providing care in urban and suburban communities negatively affected by the ravages of addiction. A native of New Jersey, he completed medical school at UMDNJ- New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. His residency training was completed in the Bronx, NY at Albert Einstein University of Medicine. He holds American Board certifications in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Williams has been at the forefront of applying medically assisted therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy at inpatient, outpatient, institutional and private practice settings. His foundation in addiction care began when he served as a Mental Health Specialist at MICA (mentally ill and chemically dependent) group homes while in medical school. There he provided supervision for sobriety skills acquisition, 12 step support and mental health care coordination. After completing residency training, he served as a teaching attending physician for the Veteran’s Administration residency program at North Central Bronx Hospital. Once in community based private practice, he began providing counselling and MAT (medication assisted therapy) for addiction to opiates, alcohol and nicotine products. He has served as Medical Inspector for the Trenton Board of Education since 2006 and provides medical oversight and advisement for substance use prevention amongst adolescents and teens. For the past 17 years he has served as the Clinic Director for The Harbor House/Bo Robinson Assessment Center. There he supervises medical and addiction services for incarcerated individuals reacclimating to societal return. Since 2016 he has served as medical Director for The Rescue Mission of Trenton where he coordinates medical and addiction services for undomiciled members of the community. At Harmony Behavioral Health he continues his commitment to providing the most effective medical treatments to those struggling with addiction. His professional experiences and training have equipped him to provide all modalities of addiction treatment for adults and adolescents.

Lance Woods

Lance comes to Harmony as a seasoned executive in the behavioral and addiction space. With over 20 years of experience in outpatient addiction and mental health, Lance formerly worked as Regional Director of Operations at the largest outpatient addiction treatment provider in North America, and a Vice President of Operations at one of the East Coast’s fastest growing behavioral health companies. Lance holds a Master’s degree in Community and College Counseling and is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate in North Carolina. Lance is a native Vermonter but proud Charlotte transplant who enjoys spending his free time being active in endurance sports, paddle boarding, and spending time with his family. Lance is excited to bring his passion for standardized high quality clinical and medical care coupled with a patient friendly approach to the North Carolina programs.

Kristina Netherland

Kristina has dedicated her almost 30-year career to providing a voice to the voiceless as a member of the helping professions. Prior to joining Harmony Health Group as the Florida Regional Executive Director in 2023, she served the previous 11 years as a PHP and IOP clinical director at one of the largest addiction treatment facilities in the southwest region.
Having served at least two decades as a child advocate, family interventionist, vocational liaison, EMDR specialist, addiction therapist, and program manager and developer, Kristina possesses a clear vision for the use of evidence-based recovery methods, identification, and translation of client needs, as well as the optimal clinical support that ensures the best possible client care.
Kristina received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of West Florida and her Master of Science in counseling and human development from Troy University. She is a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Masters Level Addiction Counselor (MAC) Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and qualified clinical supervisor in the state of Florida for those seeking mental health licensure.

Jim Zuravnsky joins the team with twenty-three years of healthcare management experience with the last seventeen years in behavioral health. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from West Virginia University.
Over the last seventeen years Jim has roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer at the largest providers of behavioral health and substance abuse treatment in the country. All this experience has taken place in New Jersey, so Jim knows the behavioral health landscape very well in the Garden State. In Jim’s free time you will probably find him on a golf course or spending time with his wife and four children.

I am deeply enthusiastic about devising and executing strategic initiatives that address the unique needs and challenges of the people we serve, ensuring streamlined operations, fostering business growth, and maintaining compliance. Furthermore, I have a track record of nurturing and leading teams of self-motivated and dedicated experts with core values of integrity, ethics, and respect.
Consequently, I have effectively overseen the expansion, accreditation, and enhancement of various programs and services, all of which have positively impacted the lives of countless clients and their families.

Dahlia Reyes, LPC- MHSP

Dahlia is originally from the Dominican Republic and was raised in New York City. She attended Brooklyn College and earned a bachelor’s in psychology, and master’s in mental health counseling. Her previous roles include Clinical Director at The Baptiste Group, Senior Clinician at CADAS and Senior Clinician at Montefiore Hospital.
