We also highly encourage family involvement as part of the recovery process. Our team can coordinate with family members to get collateral information.
We also work with client’s families so that we are able to provide education about diagnoses, symptoms, medications, risk factors, and the next steps in the treatment process. Within those first 24 hours, our care team will create an individualized treatment plan for you and begin the planning process for your discharge, as well. We want you to be looking forward to your new future.
