Harmony Health Group is excited to welcome our new CEO, Dr. Deja Gilbert, who will be overseeing multiple locations throughout Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Dr. Gilbert brings with her a wide range of both executive and clinical experience in behavioral health. She began her impressive career as a licensed mental health counselor in multiple states and went on to obtain her PhD in Human Services in Counseling Studies. With over 15 years of experience in the treatment field, she has opened, developed, and led multiple behavioral healthcare facilities with all levels of care.Dr. Gilbert brings with her a culture of positivity and strong ethics. Her values, mission, and vision are well aligned with all that HRG stands for. In her new role, her focus will include enhancing and expanding the clinical and medical programs, overseeing operations and strategic growth efforts, and working to deliver world-class treatment services. We are thrilled to have Dr. Gilbert leading our team and look forward to continuing to help us transform and heal the communities we serve.
