David Farache

Founder / CEO / Managing Partner

David has a background in Business Administration with emphasis in behavioral health care. His personal experience with addiction coupled with his leadership, moral compass, operational know-how and compassion brings a unique style of management and delivers results to the facilities he operates. David co-founded our first facility Recovery In Tune in 2015 with Cecilia Plavnick, capitalizing on their dream to provide high-quality care to those suffering from the disease of addiction to communities across the country that desperately need these services. In his constant pursuit of providing nothing less than excellence in patient care, his leadership delivers hard work, dedication and constant involvement from all of the staff members at the facilities he operates.

Louis Devaleix

Co-Founder

Before co-founding Harmony Recovery Group (HRG), Louis Devaliex began his career in the family business; manufacturing and distribution of fire trucks and first responder vehicles internationally. His passion and drive helped him rise to the position of CEO for the company’s North American division. During his tenure, he conducted business and managed acquisitions across 5 continents, driving growth and sales around the globe.

Seeking a new challenge, Louis decided to step away from the family business in 2016 and focus on the growing need he saw for ethical behavioral healthcare. With his extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business leadership, growth acceleration and visionary strategy, Louis is a driving force in Harmony’s cooperate operations.

Louis holds Bachelors Degrees in both Finance and Accounting from Tulane University and an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He is fluent in four languages and has traveled the world extensively. He currently resides in Jupiter, Florida with his family. When not at work, Louis enjoys spearfishing, skydiving and is an avid golfer.

Derek Pagan

CIO / CMO

Derek Pagan is the Chief Information Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for Harmony Recovery Group. He comes with vast experience in IT and marketing, coupled with 12+ years of expertise in the substance abuse and behavioral health fields. Derek started, managed and operated multiple businesses in the health care / substance abuse field, including one of Harmony Recovery Group’s facilities, Recovery by the Sea. Derek’s expertise in billing, call center marketing and advertising, SEO and IT come useful in his role as CIO/CMO at HRG, where he is responsible for overseeing billing services, online marketing efforts, and call center marketing and advertising efforts.

Cecilia Plavnick, LMHC, CAP

Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)

Two words describe Cecilia: dedicated and passionate, especially when it comes to her work in the field of addiction treatment. Cecilia has extensive experience and knowledge, which she brings to her role as Chief Clinical Officer at HRG. She has dedicated more than ten years to establishing successful substance abuse programs and managing top-notch clinical teams and is regarded as a natural leader and role model by her staff, peers and patients. In her role as CCO, Cecilia works hand-in-hand with the different clinical directors and their clinical teams at each of our facilities to ensure that clinical services and operations are running according to the company’s mission and vision. What sets Cecilia apart from the rest is both her ability to create an environment that is optimal for successful clinical interventions as well as her ability to inspire trust, dedication and continual growth among her teams. Cecilia’s approach is unique because she isn’t afraid to jump in directly at all levels of care–from the admission process the discharge procedure–because she is a firm believer that good clinical care is an ongoing process that requires daily tweaking and maintenance. Cecilia is dedicated to her profession and to the individuals with whom she works and serves. She is always open to feedback and suggestions from staff as well as patients in order to continue growing, expanding and improving services. Cecilia believes that a patient-centered approach in which an individual’s needs are constantly being met is essential to his or her success.

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Bryan ensures the professional and effective day-to-day operations at all of Harmony Recovery Group’s facilities from both a clinical and housing perspective, working with every department within the facility to ensure proper policies and procedures are being followed and that client care is carried out true to the vision of the company. Bryan has been working with Harmony Recovery Group’s first facility, Recovery In Tune, since its inception in 2015 and is unmatched when it comes to understanding and executing the mission, philosophy and treatment approach behind our facilities. Bryan also works directly with clients to identify, prioritize and address their individual needs. Through this process, clients are offered encouragement and personal support as they develop healthy habits, productive daily schedules and self-confidence.

Anthony Camaerei, MBA

Director of Licensing & Accreditation

Anthony has 10+ years of management-level Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse experience ranging from practice management to an executive-level compliance officer. Anthony is well versed in both state and Joint Commission standards; With a strong background in business administration and financial leadership, Anthony turned his passion for helping others and upholding a high-level of ethical standards and client care into a lifelong pursuit of establishing and maintaining compliance, corporate oversight, and leadership across multiple organizations. He uses this experience daily in his role at Harmony Recovery Group by handling all aspects of compliance at each of our facilities, from state licensing to Joint Commission accreditation, and everything in between.

Prior to pursuing a passion for serving the behavioral health community, Anthony was a successful finance manager and entrepreneur.  It was only after his brother, who was struggling with substance abuse issues, that Anthony made the decision to dedicate himself to be an advocate for the necessity of behavioral health interventions in NEPA.

Anthony is the father of 2 and has been married for 12 years.  Pastimes include camping, family outings, and travel. Anthony holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Keiser University, formally Northwood University.

Dan Albano, CPA, MAcc

Corporate Controller

Daniel Albano joined the Harmony Recovery Group team in early 2018 to manage the corporate accounting department. He comes with extensive experience in corporate financial management and accounting from a wide range of industries including manufacturing, education, and healthcare. Dan has held positions as a Senior Accountant, Director of Financial Operations, and most recently as the Director of Financial Reporting at Keiser University prior to coming on board at Harmony Recovery Group. Daniel obtained his CPA License in 2013 and also holds a Masters in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University.

Jarret Stone

Community Outreach – Regional Director

Jarret has been an active member in the South Florida recovery community since 2014. Since the emergence of Recovery in Tune in 2015, Jarret began his employment for RIT as a behavioral health technician. After one year, Jarret discovered his innate ability to harness an individual’s willingness to better themselves and stepped into the role of Community Outreach.

Jarret conducts his role as Director of Community Outreach with a dedicated, passionate heart and moral ethic. He serves as a mentor and role model to our clients while providing support through direct contact with potential clients, current clients, and alumni from the point of pre-admission until discharge and beyond. By sharing his personal struggles with addiction and his successes in recovery, he serves as an inspiration to those in the program and to our recovery community as a whole.

William Nevadomski

Business Development – Regional Director

After a long battle with addiction to opiates and prescription drugs during his teenage years and early 20s, William went through state-funded treatment programs. After two episodes of treatment, he started living a clean life in February 2014, helped by treatment, the NA community and his desire and willingness to follow a program and change his life.

William began working in the treatment field as a house manager for a sober living home. This allowed him to start to fulfill what he sees as his destiny, helping others in any way he could through their struggles that he went through himself and overcame. His journey continued, and through his compassion, ethical standards and care for the needy, he evolved in the field and earned the opportunity to grow through a position in the admissions department at White Sands Treatment Center. He maintained this position for over a year.

Another opportunity came his way when Delphi Health Group offered him a position in the admissions department, which he took and evolved in for over a year, after which he joined the team at HRG’s first facility Recovery In Tune in Florida. After working in the admissions department for Recovery In Tune for over a year, William transitioned to the Harmony Recovery Group team as Regional Director of Business Development. William has become a vital part of the team, using his personal and professional experience and knowledge to help and guide those in the programs and educate the community about the programs.

Nicholas Rubino

Business Development – Regional Director

Nick was born and raised in Torrington, Connecticut. After struggling with his own addiction for years, he decided to take a leap of faith and attended inpatient treatment. Nick flourished in the recovery community and has been sober since 2013, while working his way up in the marketing department of multiple reputable treatment centers. Nick joined the Harmony Recovery Group Team in 2018 as Regional Director of Business Development. Nick’s primary mission is to spread awareness to the people in the community and abroad, that there is hope for the still sick and suffering addict or alcoholic and their families.

Andrea Robinson

Business Development – Regional Director

Andrea resides in VA with her husband and children. She was born and raised outside of Philadelphia where she pursued her BS from Temple University.  She has her MBA in Business Administration of Healthcare Services.  Andrea has a diverse background working in the healthcare industry for a total of 15 years working in multiple roles. Over the past 5 years, she has worked in the field of substance abuse treatment.  She is passionate and has great dedication to her job. Andrea brings a great balance of education, compassion and business acumen to Harmony Recovery Group. Her goal is to assist those suffering from this disease and their families in any way she can.  Andrea leads the Business Development team in the territories of VA, WV, western PA, and OH. When she is not at work, Andrea is a health advocate, volunteers at her church, is on the committee at her children’s school, and loves to spend time in her kitchen baking or cooking!!!

Matthew Beckwith

Business Development – Regional Director

Matt started his career out in the hospitality and guest services field in 2006 before moving to Florida in 2008. For the past five years he has worked in the substance abuse field as a certified interventionist an Admissions director for some of the most prestigious treatment organizations in Florida some with nationwide locations. Matt joined the Harmony Recovery Group team early 2017 and brough a wealth of knowledge and experience with him, as well as a stellar reputation and well-founded relationships in the community. He takes great pride and joy in his mission of helping struggling addicts get the help they need at the reputable and care-focused HRG family of facilties.

Bella Tessein, BA, CNDAI, CNFS

Business Development

Bella was born in Brooklyn New York of Russian and Jewish decent and speaks fluent Russian and Hebrew. Bella is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Interventionist and Family Support Specialist. Bella started her journey in the field of Addiction several years ago. Bella has operated and owned her own Recovery Homes. It was there she started working with families and those addicted. Bella knew there was so much more she could do because of her love and drive for helping families and those in need of help. She wanted to do more and took her incredible knowledge and started working in treatment. Bella has worked in various areas of treatment over the years from Operations Manager, Business Development, Chief Operating Officer and Assistant to the CEO. Bella’s devotion to the families she works so closely with, while case managing the loved one through this process is what makes her so very special.

Justin Denenberg

Business Development

Justin was born and raised in NJ before moving to South Florida. After struggling with drug addiction beginning at the age of 15 and being in and out of countless detox and treatment centers, Justin got clean in 2012. He has always had a passion for helping others and shortly after getting clean he started working in the field as an admissions coordinator at Ocean Breeze Recovery. After almost 4 years of working at Ocean Breeze Justin found his home at Harmony Recovery Group. Justin now works as a Outreach Coordinator which gives him a hands on approach with each client that comes through the door. He is now able to share his experience with other clients who have been through the same struggles.

Corie Daley

Admissions Co-Director

Corie was born in New Haven, CT where her struggles with addiction began in her late teens. In early 2013 she entered her personal journey into recovery in South Florida. She started her career in the substance abuse field in late 2014 where she worked her way to Alumni Director.  In early 2017 she joined the team at one of Harmony Recovery Group’s facilities, Recovery by the Sea, as Admission Coordinator and Case manager. In 2018 Corie was transferred to the Harmony Recovery Group Team as Co-Director of Admissions, and on her day-to-day works closely with our facilities and staff members in ensuring that all admissions are properly processed and arranged.

Jesse Stone

Admissions Co-Director

Uprooting from New Jersey in 2014, Jesse moved to Florida to begin his own journey in recovery. With several years of experience working in the field of substance abuse and mental health, Jesse has found a unique passion for his work. Jesse began his journey with HRG in Admissions at our facility Recovery in Tune, and has since grown to his current role of closely working with the call center and business development team members in arranging and facilitating the admissions at all HRG facilities.

Mike Sowers

Call Center Operations Manager

Having several years in recovery himself, Mike’s great passion is helping others struggling with substance abuse disorder. He loves helping individuals who are typically at a very low point in their lives and helping them get on a journey that will allow them to begin the healing process in a safe, peaceful, and caring environment.

Mike doesn’t only lead his call center team of like-minded individuals that share his passion for helping others, he is also one of our best active agents in the call center. His goal is to ensure that every individual calling is treated with the highest level of care and respect, and with treatment options that actually match their needs.

In addition to his passion for working in the field and helping others, Mike also has great interest in the arts. In his free time, he is an avid painter and musician.
