David Farache

Founder & CEO

David has a background in Business Administration with emphasis in behavioral health care. His personal experience with addiction coupled with his leadership, moral compass, operational know-how and compassion brings a unique style of management and delivers results to the facilities he operates. David co-founded our first facility Recovery In Tune in 2015 with Cecilia Plavnick, capitalizing on their dream to provide high-quality care to those suffering from the disease of addiction to communities across the country that desperately need these services. In his constant pursuit of providing nothing less than excellence in patient care, his leadership delivers hard work, dedication, real care and compassion for the clients we service and a sense of purpose from all of the staff members at the facilities he operates.

christina rosenberg

Christina Geraci Rosenberg, LMHC

Vice President of Clinical Services

Christina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Master’s Degree in Counselor’s Education from Florida International University. She has been working in the addiction recovery industry since 2016. Over the last five years, she has been working for a nationally recognized, substance abuse recovery group. She joins us from her most recent role as Clinical Director, at a residential facility for adolescents. In her role as Clinical Director, she was responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, preparations for accreditation inspections, creation and implementation of evidenced based curriculum, oversight of clinical staff and Master’s level interns, and crisis interventions. Christina eats, breathes, and sleeps therapy, even her goldendoodle is a certified therapy dog. In her free time, Christina prioritizes parenting her 9-month-old child and (tries) to make time for her yoga practice. Christina is excited to join the Harmony Family and brings with her a passion for accessible, quality, client-centered care.

William Connolly

Vice President of Operations

William Connolly was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and grew up in South Florida. He is currently Harmony Recovery Group’s VP of Operations. William has worked for an abundance of treatment centers, including Royal Life Center, Addiction Campus, Light of the World, and Seastone of Delray. In his previous positions, he has been the West Coast Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and a program director. William’s responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of Harmony Recovery Group facilities and overseeing each facility’s operational staff. His favorite part about his job is that he likes to make Harmony Recovery Group’s superb treatment available to those who need it. In his free time, William loves playing with his dogs, Boyo and Girlie, as well as kayaking and hanging out with his wife.

Evelyn Mahony

Vice President of Finance

Evelyn is an experienced financial and accounting professional who joined Harmony Recovery Group in 2018. Evelyn quickly displayed her eye for detail and strategic thinking. Her immediate impact on the business led her to a promotion to VP of Finance.

In her role, Evelyn oversees the finances of all facilities and leads a team of dedicated professionals committed to the company’s unwavering mission.

A native of South Florida, Evelyn has seen the impact Harmony Recovery Group has had on her local community. She is fiercely committed to helping the company grow in order to continue to help more people and heal more communities.

Greg Goushian

Vice President of Business Development

Greg has an extensive background in healthcare marketing and business development. He started his career in the field in 2013 as a sales representative for an industry leading pharmaceutical company. With years of experience developing relationships with hospital networks and large healthcare systems, he decided to make a transition to the behavioral health space. After watching a close family member overcome the disease of addiction, he developed a passion for providing families with proven and evidence-based treatment resources for their loved ones struggling with substance use disorders. His greatest strength is his ability to share his story with families, letting them know he’s been on their side and there is an end in sight.

 

Greg joins us from his most recent role as Chief Marketing Officer, at a counseling center in Florida. In his role as Vice President of Business Development, he is responsible for acquiring new business, overseeing the marketing outreach team, and will provide strategic and operational leadership that supports and advances the mission of Harmony Recovery Group.

Michael Colasuonno

Vice President of Admissions

Michael began his career in the Substance Abuse / Mental Health field in 2010, attending a program in New York City to become educationally qualified for a CASAC-T credential. After battling addiction for many years and recovering, Michael became interested in helping those like him escape the clutches of their dependencies. Michael worked in the non-profit sector in NYC as a clinical case manager for 2 years before exploring different career paths and eventually heeding a calling to return in 2015 as an admissions coordinator. Michael came to Harmony Recovery Group in 2018 and he has used his background and experience in psychology and clinical services to help our patients and their families find a home and proper care within the Harmony Recovery Group facilities.

Christine Belyeu

Human Resources Manager

Christine is the Corporate Human Resources Manager responsible for overseeing all HR Operations to include Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organization Design & Change Management. As a seasoned Senior Human Resources leader, Christine has used her strong human resources background and a blend of experience in various positions within private and publicly traded sectors to affect positive change in the organizations where she’s worked. Effectively balancing big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution has allowed Christine to combine decisiveness, strong business acumen, and formal education to achieve objectives both professionally and personally.

Lisa Chrisco

Director of Compliance

Prior to moving to Florida, Lisa called home St. Louis, Missouri, where she grew up in a large family and is one of seven children. Lisa obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, Missouri, in Special Education. After teaching for five years, Lisa finished her master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas. Upon graduation, Lisa spent the next 20+ years in a variety of positions, including working at the policymaking level for the state of Kansas as the State Director for the HCBS Waiver for the DD population. Lisa has also served as an Executive Director in the states of California, Arizona, and Florida, in the areas of eating disorders, addictions treatment and individuals on the Autism spectrum. Lisa has also held numerous rules as a Compliance Director in numerous states, with an emphasis on risk management and continuous quality improvement. Lisa is knowledgeable about Joint Commission accreditation and has facilitated numerous initial and re-accreditation surveys. Lisa is passionate about striving to improve the quality of services to vulnerable populations and helping to build stronger communities. In her free time, Lisa likes traveling to see her family and spending time with her 15 nieces and nephews in the Midwest. Lisa is an avid sports fan and an outdoor enthusiast, spending time on the beach as much as possible.

Bella Ison, BA, CNDAI, CNFS

Business Development – Regional Director

Bella was born in Brooklyn New York of Russian and Jewish decent and speaks fluent Russian and Hebrew. Bella is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Interventionist and Family Support Specialist. Bella started her journey in the field of Addiction several years ago. Bella has operated and owned her own Recovery Homes. It was there she started working with families and those addicted. Bella knew there was so much more she could do because of her love and drive for helping families and those in need of help. She wanted to do more and took her incredible knowledge and started working in treatment. Bella has worked in various areas of treatment over the years from Operations Manager, Business Development, Chief Operating Officer and Assistant to the CEO. Bella’s devotion to the families she works so closely with, while case managing the loved one through this process is what makes her so very special.

Matthew Beckwith

Business Development – Regional Director

Matt started his career out in the hospitality and guest services field in 2006 before moving to Florida in 2008. For the past five years he has worked in the substance abuse field as a certified interventionist an Admissions director for some of the most prestigious treatment organizations in Florida some with nationwide locations. Matt joined the Harmony Recovery Group team early 2017 and brought a wealth of knowledge and experience with him, as well as a stellar reputation and well-founded relationships in the community. He takes great pride and joy in his mission of helping struggling addicts get the help they need at the reputable and care-focused HRG family of facilities.

William Nevadomski

Business Development – Regional Director

After a long battle with addiction to opiates and prescription drugs during his teenage years and early 20s, William went through state-funded treatment programs. After two episodes of treatment, he started living a clean life in February 2014, helped by treatment, the NA community and his desire and willingness to follow a program and change his life.

William began working in the treatment field as a house manager for a sober living home. This allowed him to start to fulfill what he sees as his destiny, helping others in any way he could through their struggles that he went through himself and overcame. His journey continued, and through his compassion, ethical standards and care for the needy, he evolved in the field and earned the opportunity to grow through a position in the admissions department at White Sands Treatment Center. He maintained this position for over a year.

Another opportunity came his way when Delphi Health Group offered him a position in the admissions department, which he took and evolved in for over a year, after which he joined the team at HRG’s first facility Recovery In Tune in Florida. After working in the admissions department for Recovery In Tune for over a year, William transitioned to the Harmony Recovery Group team as Regional Director of Business Development. William has become a vital part of the team, using his personal and professional experience and knowledge to help and guide those in the programs and educate the community about the programs.

AJ Morrow

Community Outreach – Regional Director

Meet AJ Morrow, Director of Community Outreach for Harmony Recovery Group in Tennessee. AJ is well know in recovery circles and the community at large for his tireless work in addiction awareness. Not only does he work full-time for Harmony, he’s also on the board of the Hamilton County Drug Coalition, serves as an interventionist for the Overdose Response Unit of the Chattanooga Police Department, and regularly takes public speaking engagements. He also dedicated his free time to managing the popular Facebook page he created, @shatteredbyaddiction. His personal story is one of hope and triumph (and can be heard in its entirety on the Shattered by Addiction page).

What he loves most about his job is watching someone come in broken and witnessing the transformation that can happen over just 30 days. He says, “watching that person begin to light up a room with their smile…getting their family back. That’s what I love most.”

AJ lives in Chattanooga with his wife and five children. In his spare time he enjoys bass fishing and training service and working dogs.

Justin Denenberg

Community Outreach – Regional Director

Justin was born and raised in NJ before moving to South Florida. After struggling with drug addiction beginning at the age of 15 and being in and out of countless detox and treatment centers, Justin got clean in 2012. He has always had a passion for helping others and shortly after getting clean he started working in the field as an admissions coordinator at Ocean Breeze Recovery. After almost 4 years of working at Ocean Breeze Justin found his home at Harmony Recovery Group. Justin now works as a Outreach Coordinator which gives him a hands on approach with each client that comes through the door. He is now able to share his experience with other clients who have been through the same struggles.

Evie Parrott

Community Outreach Representative

Evie Parrott is compassionate and understanding Outreach Representative for Harmony Recovery Group in North Carolina. She is a Certified Peer Support Specialist who has a solid understanding of substance abuse and mental health recovery. She possesses a unique perspective, personally living in recovery and maintaining success.

She has earned a full certification as not only a Peer Support Specialist but a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Recovery Coach. She is proactive in advocating for clients and continually facilitates open communication providing excellent capabilities working with all ages. Evie’s primary mission is just simply to help others help themselves.

Amy Gross
